Located at a very prominent site within the Ala Moana neighborhood, this project is designed to serve as a significant landmark in the skyline, visible from every direction. The project provides a much-needed mix of affordable and market-rate rental housing and tailored amenity space integrated into the vibrant and changing Ala Moana neighborhood. The design is focused on an enhanced user experience, curated to provide a pleasant living atmosphere which attracts and retains residents.
Our concept design for Ala Moana Plaza proposes an elegant tower that proactively responds to the site’s sun and wind patterns, stunning coastal views and programmatic needs.
