Nestled behind the protective dunes of the East Cape, this beachfront home offers an unobstructed sightline of the sea. The main circulation spine traverses the length of the house framing a view corridor out to the water directly from the entry. The wedge-shaped site shapes the design into a space that unfolds from a quiet entry anchored to a solid wing of private spaces into an expansive living space. The wide windows and glass doors make the ocean and surrounding dunes a constant backdrop, creating a serene atmosphere throughout the home.
