The Lift One Lodge consists of a multi-story structure containing twenty-two lodge units; five free market residential units; various ameni-ties including a spa/fitness facility, a 2-story restaurant and bar, a business center, a ski storage and tuning area, and a rooftop garden, pool, bar and deck. The Lodge also contains a locker room/lounge and various storage areas for the lodge and residential unit owners; a multi-level subgrade parking garage for unit owners, lodge guests, the affordable housing units on Lot 2, and the general public; a public ski storage area; and miscellaneous back-of-house areas that are required for the Lodge’s operation. The existing Skier Chalet Lodge and Steakhouse currently located on the Lot 1 will be relocated further north. The Lodge will be placed on the north-west corner of Willoughby Park and will be repurposed to house a new museum. The Steakhouse will be placed on the east side of the property and be repurposed to contain 8 afford-able housing units.
