Senior Architectural Designer - Santa Monica, CA
Design architectural proposals and presentation sets in residential and commercial projects; gather and correlate data to prepare architectural designs, sketches, diagrams, and schematic drawings; develop documents and drawings for bidding, construction, and post-construction administration; monitor construction process through site visits, regular field reports, and coordination with contractors and clients; elaborate permit approval documentation and drawings for local authorities following building and zoning code; communicate with clients timely to acquire project requirements and update construction progress. Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design plus 6 months of experience in job offered or as Architectural Designer. Annual Salary $78,811.
