Sushi Sho Hawaii opened its first restaurant outside of Japan on the 8th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. The space is adjacent to an open lanai with a pool and beautiful landscaping connecting the building to the surrounding parks and ocean.
