Ariele Villanueva

Ariele joined Guerin Glass Architects in 2024 and has since managed daily office operations, driving continuous improvements in workplace functionality and employee satisfaction. She has led office renovations, streamlined onboarding processes, and optimized workflows to enhance team collaboration and productivity. With a creative approach to events, logistics, inventory management, and office maintenance, Ariele strives to foster a vibrant and efficient office environment. She works closely with internal teams and external contractors, supporting HR and IT systems to improve overall firm performance.

Before joining Guerin Glass, Ariele was Operations Manager at Workshop/APD, where she oversaw office operations for a team of 90+ employees, facilitated new hire integration, and supported extensive office expansion. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
