Since joining Guerin Glass in 2024, Will has worked on a variety of projects, from high-rise developments in Hawaii to luxury single-family residences in Cabo. As a key member of the Cabo team, Will is currently overseeing the design development of multiple ocean front residences. He is also assisting in the conceptual design of an affordable housing community in Hawaii as well as a high-rise dormitory for a local boarding school in Waikiki.
Will’s experience also includes working on luxury single family residences at Workshop/APD and mentoring students interested in architecture through design projects and portfolio development at Curious Cardinals. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.
