Since joining Guerin Glass Architects in 2014, Zach has played a key role in shaping a diverse portfolio of projects across the U.S. and internationally. His experience spans large-scale hospitality developments in Mexico, high-rise façade renovations in Manhattan, and bespoke restaurant interiors in Honolulu. He previously led the design, documentation, and construction administration for the Four Seasons Los Cabos, one of the firm’s most ambitious resort projects.

As a Studio Director, Zach leads projects across Latin America and the continental United States, overseeing the design and execution of multiple high-end residences and various hospitality projects. With a hands-on approach throughout all project phases, he ensures seamless collaboration between design teams, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, well-executed architecture.

Before joining GGA, Zach worked as a design architect in Australia, contributing to a series of award-winning multi-residential and commercial projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. He holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Queensland University of Technology and is a licensed architect in the State of New York & Texas.
